Night-type adjustments are our host-side estimates: weeknights run cheaper, headliner and holiday nights run far higher and guest lists tighten. Guest list rule of thumb: girls are always free, an even guy-girl group walks in free, and only the extra guys beyond the ratio pay a reduced cover before the cutoff. Table sizing: the posted minimum is just the floor for the smallest group; clubs size tables at roughly one bottle per 3-4 guests, so bigger groups spend by bottle count, not the minimum. Every number rounds to the nearest dollar.

How the Math Works

General admission is the door cover for your group's mix plus each person's drinks at nightclub prices, with 8.375% sales tax and a standard tip per drink. Guest list works on the ratio: girls are always free, an even group walks in free, and only the extra guys beyond the ratio pay a reduced cover. The table path starts from a real entry-level minimum (the venue you pick, or the median across the 8 nightclubs we track), but the minimum is only the floor for the smallest group: clubs size tables at roughly one bottle per 3-4 guests, so the calculator prices your group by bottle count at that venue's starting bottle price whenever that runs past the minimum, then applies the venue's compiled fee stack from the Price Index. Bottles poured at the table replace bar drinks, so we do not double-count drinks on the table path.

How much should I budget for a night out in Las Vegas? +

As a working baseline from our Q3 2026 Price Index: a general admission club night runs about $125 per person once you count the door cover, three drinks, tax and tips. A VIP table changes the shape of the spend: the median entry-level table lands around $1,030 all-in, which a group of four splits to roughly $257 each, and larger groups split further. Is a VIP table cheaper than paying cover and buying drinks? +

For groups of six or more on a normal night, a table is often closer to the per-person cost of covers plus drinks than people expect, and on a per-value basis it usually wins: entry for the whole group is included, nobody waits at the bar, and the minimum turns into bottles your group actually drinks. For two or three people a table rarely beats general admission on price alone. The calculator shows both numbers side by side so you can see where your group lands.

Why does the calculator show a range and not an exact price? +

Because Vegas prices genuinely move nightly with the DJ, the venue and the calendar. The calculator uses our quarterly Price Index data: real market cover ranges, real per-venue table minimums and each venue's compiled fee stack, with night-type multipliers that are planning estimates based on what we see booking these rooms every week. Treat the output as an honest planning number, then have us confirm the live price for your exact date.

Does the guest list really save that much? +

Yes, and the ratio is the whole game. Girls are always free on the list, and a group that walks up even, guy for girl, typically walks in free across the board. The cost only shows up when a group runs guy-heavy: each extra guy beyond the ratio pays a reduced cover before the cutoff. On marquee headliner nights lists tighten and extra guys pay closer to door price, which the calculator reflects when you switch the night type. Guest list is free through us either way, so it is the first thing we set up for almost every group.

What is included when I book a table through you? +

The quoted minimum becomes your beverage credit, and the table comes with entry for your whole group (no cover), a dedicated cocktail server, mixers and ice, and a reserved home base for the night. We quote the all-in total up front, tax, gratuity and venue fee included, so the number you plan around is the number the check says. There is no charge for the host service.
