Las Vegas Bachelor Party Packages
Send the groom off the right way without one guy losing the trip to logistics. We build the whole weekend through a single host: party bus and open bar, VIP club entry that skips the line, a strip-club night with a free limo, dayclub seating and bottle service. Packages start around $99 per person, gratuity included, and scale to whatever the crew wants.

What a Bachelor Party Package Actually Includes
A Las Vegas bachelor party package is not one fixed product, it is a set of proven pieces a host assembles into a weekend. The value is in the assembly. Anybody can buy a club ticket online, but stitching a club night, a strip-club night, a pool day and the transport between them into something that flows, on the right dates, at one price, is the part that goes wrong when a groomsman tries to do it from a group chat. Here is what we build with.
Strip-club night with a free limo and VIP entry
This is the move almost every crew wants and our most popular add-on. Our strip-club deal includes a free round-trip limo, free VIP entry and no cover at the top rooms, and the group just pays for drinks once inside. We book bachelor nights at Sapphire, Crazy Horse 3, Treasures, Hustler, Peppermint Hippo and the Airstrip, the limo collects you at your hotel and brings you back, and the host sets it up so it lands at the right hour of the night instead of as an afterthought.
VIP nightclub entry and bottle service
The Strip megaclubs are the centerpiece of most bachelor weekends. We put crews on guest list or into a reserved table at the big rooms, so the group walks past the line and the groom has a home base for the night. A bottle service table guarantees entry on a packed weekend, seats everyone together and is the surest way to anchor a large group. If you would rather keep it lean, a free or reduced guest list spot still skips the worst of the door.
Party bus or limo with an open bar
The transport is half the fun. A private party bus or stretch limo scoops the whole crew with an open bar on board, stops at the Las Vegas Sign for the group photo, and rolls everyone straight to pre-paid VIP entry. It keeps the group together and turns the ride into part of the party instead of three separate rideshares showing up at different times.
Pool party or dayclub
No bachelor weekend is only nights. A dayclub or pool party with reserved seating or a cabana is the Saturday-afternoon centerpiece, and it sets up the night that follows. We line up daybeds, cabanas and bottle service at the pools the same way we do at the clubs, so the day flows into the night without a gap.
Dinners, male revues and the rest
A steak dinner before the bus, a male revue stop for a mixed crew, a sportsbook session during the game, hotel guidance so the group stays in one place. We add whatever rounds out the trip. If your crew wants a male revue on the itinerary or a specific restaurant, it goes in the plan.
Package Tiers by Group Size and Budget
Vegas works at every level, so we size the package to the crew rather than pushing one menu. Use these as honest per-person ranges, then tell us your headcount and dates and we quote the exact number. Smaller crews tend to spend more per head on tables; larger crews get better value because the costs spread across more people.
Smart
$99-150 / person
Best for 6 to 12 guys. Party bus with open bar into a VIP club night, gratuity included. One booking, everything handled, the easiest legendary night.
Elevated
$200-350 / person
Best for 10 to 20 guys. Add a strip-club night and a dayclub, step up the vehicle tier, and grab a photographer. A full two or three days, not just one night.
All-Out
$400+ / person
For any size with a budget to match. Bottle service with reserved tables, the biggest vehicle, cabanas at the pool, the full VIP treatment for the groom front to back.
Group size changes the math more than anything else. A crew of six is small enough to ride a limo and split a single table, while a crew of 30 needs a party bus or a convoy, multiple tables side by side and cabana space at the pool. We have run both, and the bigger the group, the more a single coordinated booking beats everyone trying to wing it. Tell us the number and we build to it.
How to Book the Whole Weekend Through One Host
The reason to book a package instead of buying pieces yourself is the host. One person plans the lineup, sequences it across the days so it flows, holds the tables and the limo, and stays your single point of contact from the first message to last call. The groomsman in charge gets to actually be on the trip instead of working it. Here is how it goes.
Step 1
Send us the dates, the headcount and the vibe you want. A local host replies fast with an itinerary and one all-in price, not a runaround.
Step 2
We lock the lineup: the club night, the strip-club night with the limo, the dayclub, the bus and any dinners, sequenced so the weekend builds instead of stalling.
Step 3
You confirm, we hold the tables, the vehicle and the entry. The plan drops in the group chat so everyone knows where to be and when.
Step 4
Show up and have the weekend. Your host is reachable the whole trip if anything needs to move, swap or scale up on the fly.
If you want a fixed starting point, the Nightclub on Wheels party-bus package is our staple and the single best-value way to do a Vegas bachelor night. From there we build out. The same host model runs the rest of our Vegas packages and can sort where the crew should stay so the whole group is under one roof close to the action.
When to Book and What to Watch For
Book 8 to 12 weeks out. The dates that make a bachelor weekend are exactly the dates that sell out first, fight weekends, big game days, festival weekends and holidays, and they carry higher cover and table minimums on top of being harder to get. Booking early locks the vehicle, the table and the club night at the price you want instead of scrambling for whatever is left.
A few honest things to plan around. Vegas clubs are 21 and over and the door enforces dress code, so get the crew on the same page before the trip or someone gets turned away. Bottle service tables carry tax and a service charge on top of the minimum, which your host will spell out up front so there are no rope-side surprises. And pace the day: eat a real dinner, charge phones, and be at the pickup spot on time, because the night runs on a schedule when the transport and tables are booked. Get those right and the only job left is sending the groom off in style.
