Who We Are
Promoter Now is operated by Promoter Now LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. Promoter Now is an independent Las Vegas nightlife concierge. We help guests arrange guest list, VIP table and bottle service reservations, dayclub and pool party access, and party packages at third-party venues. We are not a venue, hotel, or resort, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of the venues listed on this site. All venue names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Reservations & Third-Party Bookings
Some packages are booked and operated by our partners through their own reservation platforms, and those bookings are subject to the partner's terms, cancellation and refund policies. Guest list and table requests submitted through our forms are arrangements made with venues on your behalf and are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
Entry, Age & Dress Code
All guests must be 21 or older with valid government-issued photo identification. Entry is always at the sole discretion of the venue and its management, including for dress code, capacity, conduct, and intoxication. Guest list and even-ratio rules can change without notice, especially on holidays and major headliner nights. We cannot guarantee entry, wait times, specific tables, or that any particular DJ or performer will appear.
Pricing
Prices, minimums and availability are set by the venues and change frequently based on the night, the headliner, and demand. Table minimums are typically subject to additional tax, gratuity and venue fees. Any pricing shown on this site is an estimate for general guidance and is confirmed only at the time of booking.
Imagery & Site Content
This site combines venue photography and licensed media with illustrative imagery, some of which is created with AI tools (for example, the outfit examples in our dress code guides and certain scene-setting header images). Illustrative images depict the style and atmosphere of a venue or a look; they are not photographs of the venue, its staff, or its guests. Venue details, schedules, lineups and imagery are provided for general guidance and are confirmed at the time of booking.
Conduct & Liability
You are responsible for your group's conduct. Promoter Now is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from your visit to any venue, the actions of any venue or third party, or events outside our control. Our services are provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
